Tri-Mach Group Inc. would like to welcome Mr. Dale Maksymyk as their newly appointed General Manager. Dale, an Honours Bachelor Business Administration graduate from Colorado College, is a senior executive with 25 years experience with market leading, tier-one companies: Maple Leaf Foods, Shur-Gain and Schneider Foods.

He has successfully managed P&L’s and grown businesses through new products, investment and innovative concepts. He lead management teams in developing long-term strategic direction for the company while fostering a culture that promotes hard work, honesty, integrity, creativity and a fun, supportive environment for employees. Dale is a passionate team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves to win and doesn’t accept second place.
